Liz is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales who, prior to joining Effori Sports Law in 2018, was a Partner in the London offices of both Dentons and Mayer Brown. Liz has expertise in all aspects of contract negotiation and specialises in financing against intangible revenue streams. 

 

Liz works with international sporting clubs, sporting professionals, investors and financiers across the spectrum of sports finance and has arranged and advised on financing transactions with recourse against club receivables (including broadcasting and sponsorship income, transfer fee income and solidarity contribution compensation payments) and agent commission payments. Liz also evaluates, structures and advises on investment opportunities in strategic sports assets.
