PSV Eindhoven, represented in this case by Effori Sports Law, will receive the proportional amount of solidarity contribution from Al Gharafa SC in accordance with the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber Decision of 4 March 2016. The long litigation comes to an end and the Dutch club will receive the proportional amount related to the transfer of the player Diego Tardelli from Anzhi Makhachkala to Al Gharafa in 2012 as established on FIFA Regulations on Status and Transfer of Player, Article 21 and Annex 5.
