Pre Contract not valid and Al Arabi (Qatar) succeed against former São Paulo FC player Joanderson

After a claim brought by the Brazilian player Joanderson de Jesus Assis regarding an allegedly pre contract signed with the Qatari club al Arabi, the FIFA Dispute Resolution chamber decided in favor of the club.

The grounds of the decision were not requested by the player.
